Losing weight is a problem for every individual who has gained more weight that he/she can handle. A person needs to adopt weight loss regimen, if his/her weight is more than the ideal weight. This energy is sufficient for running the muscles, heart, lungs, sex organs, nervous system, liver, kidneys, brain, and skin. As BMR decreases with age, increasing it helps in controlling the weight.

Obesity is used to describe the condition of a person with excess body fat. Obesity is considered a pit fall of modern life, where intake of high calorie food and limited physical activity leads to accumulation of fat.

Insufficient sleep, endocrine disruptors, decreased variability in ambient temperature, intrauterine and intergenerational effects, assortive mating, use of medicine that hastens weight gain, are some of the other causes.

These machines give a balanced rotation to muscle contractions with intervals, and variation in pulse frequencies. This results in concentrated exercise for the muscles. As such slack muscles get pulled up, ensuring weight loss.
Diet
Eating a well balanced diet, low in carbohydrates, as also in fats and calories, is essential to maintain a proper weight. Eating small meals 5-6 times a day rather than eating 3 heavy meals a day also helps.

There are exercises for muscles to reduce excess body weight. Exercising such as running, walking, and cycling, helps in losing excess weight. Heat produced during exercises relieves stiff and aching limbs, muscles and joints. Regular exercising and proper relaxation also keeps the body active and fit, also keeping a positive attitude helps.
